Stay For Children

We are pleased to inform you that we have started supporting UNICEF.
We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel because your favor
and increasing number of reservations enables us to give  1 €  from each check in to UNICEF fund.
These funds will be used to provide necessary help such as education, vaccination,
clean water or nutrition supplies to children all around the world.
UNICEF also supports homeless children and children affected by HIV/AIDS.
Should you decide to contribute yourself, you can use the sealed UNICEF money box placed at the reception.
We hope that together we can provide better future for all children of the world.

Briefly about UNICEF

UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) is the main world organization which promotes
protection and improvement of children‘s life conditions, as well as their versatile
development.
We cooperate with local communities and governments in 157 countries in order to provide
immediate humanitarian aid and long-term development in health, education and child protection.
Our worldwide activities enable us to make wide use of knowledge and experience related to the
child aid. At the same time, our permanent presence in the aid locations means that we are ready
to immediately intervene in case of need (85% of all UNICEF staff works right in the areas where
aid is directed).

Our child aid programmes are not funded form the UN budget but solely from voluntary contributions
and sales of postcards and gift goods with the UNICEF logo.
All UNICEF activities are carried out with the conviction that child care and child healthy development
(nutrition, access to safe water, vaccination, child protection against any kind of exploitation) are the
fundamental conditions for human development. UNICEF’s goal is to help to eradicate obstructions created by
poverty, violence, diseases and discrimination in the life of a child. We are convinced that together we can
contribute to spreading humanity.

►UNICEF promotes measures which enable children to start their life in the best
                  possible way since good care in early age is the most important element
                  for the future of a man.

►UNICEF promotes education of girls. It ensures that girls, equally to boys,
                  get at least full elementary education.

►UNICEF promotes that all children are vaccinated against basic children diseases
                  and receive proper nutrition, as it’s unacceptable that children suffer
                  or die for reasons that can be prevented.

►UNICEF is active in preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS among young people because
                  it is possible to protect them against this risk. UNICEF helps children
                  and families affected by HIV/AIDS to live life in dignity.

►UNICEF involves everyone in creating a safe environment of children.

►UNICEF helps and is ready to help in crisis situations and anywhere where children
                  are in danger because no child should be exposed to violence, abuse and
                  exploitation.

►UNICEF promotes Convention on the Rights of the Child. The goal of UNICEF is to
                  ensure equality for all who are discriminated, namely girls and women.
                  It attempts to accomplish Millennium Development Goals, as well as the
                  progress outlined in the Charter of the United Nations. It promotes peace
                  and security and attempts that the promises given to children are fulfilled
                  and that everyone is called for responsibility for their fulfilment.
